Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator for our client based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating connections between customers and external partners, providing essential resources during disaster events such as hurricanes, and offering comprehensive overviews of restoration processes.
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
Location: Lebanon, TN
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
•Evaluate emergency service and final reports from partner franchises, and coordinate with the finance team for invoicing.
•Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
•Vet partner franchise locations for referral work and provide logistical planning support.
•Keep the Referral Tracker updated with the latest information.
•Coordinate with team members and address challenging issues
•Collect required documents and invoicing from partner franchises, ensuring timely approval and billing.
•Support the finance team with expeditious payouts to partner franchises.
•Keep clients updated on progress, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
•Establish clear expectations with Project Managers of partner franchises for contracted work.
•Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, invoicing, and follow-up calls. Ensure all necessary documents are signed and invoices are created.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience.
•Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
•Flexibility may be required based on business needs, with up to 10% travel, primarily local but occasionally out of town and overnight for up to a week at a time.
