Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Explain and clarify insurance policy benefits, coverage, and exclusions to clients.
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow up on the status of their claims.
- Provide information on different insurance products and services.
- Policy Management:
- Process new insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Provide support and guidance to clients in understanding their benefits and resolving any issues.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with clients.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and distribute policy documentation, quotes, and other relevant materials.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field can be advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Licensed Insurance Representative) may be required or preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is often beneficial.
