Responsibilities:
  1. Client Interaction:
  • Explain and clarify insurance policy benefits, coverage, and exclusions to clients.
  • Assist clients with claims processing and follow up on the status of their claims.
  • Provide information on different insurance products and services.
  1. Policy Management:
  • Process new insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients in understanding their benefits and resolving any issues.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with clients.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and distribute policy documentation, quotes, and other relevant materials.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field can be advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Licensed Insurance Representative) may be required or preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is often beneficial.
