Description
Longer Term Housing Case Manager needed for full-time position in Philadelphia County.
Provide trauma-informed aftercare support, counseling, and advocacy to domestic violence survivors, focusing on maintaining safe, independent living and community integration. Responsibilities include accompanying clients to appointments, providing in-home and phone-based support, making referrals, assisting with relocation funds, helping with school enrollment, and connecting clients to community resources. Duties also involve identifying new resources, conducting exit interviews, and collecting/reporting data.
Position Requirements
BSW with direct service or advocacy experience is required, along with a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a strong commitment to service. Preferred qualifications include experience in a residential setting, knowledge of Philadelphia housing programs, prior case management experience, bilingual skills, and proficiency in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and counseling. Intermediate computer skills and experience with databases are a plus. Must complete Domestic Violence Advocate Training (paid, virtual).
