Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the possibility of extension. This role involves centralized pharmacy duties, including clinical and operational support for both inpatient and outpatient care. You will be responsible for dispensing employee prescriptions and performing sterile and hazardous sterile pounding. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform centralized pharmacy duties for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Dispense employee prescriptions and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle sterile and hazardous sterile pounding in pliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain medication systems and inventories using Evident/CPSI and Omnicell.

Schedule:

• Day shifts with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend).
• Flexible work environment with a focus on efficiency and patient care.

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist License in Indiana (Required)
• Previous experience in centralized pharmacy, inpatient, and outpatient care.
• Proficiency in Evident/CPSI and Omnicell systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile and hazardous sterile pounding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
