This is a 1st shift opportunity, with pay at $13.58 an hr.

Responsibilities for this Office Assistant position include but are not limited to:

- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.

- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

- Handle multiple phone lines, transfer calls as needed, and take messages

- Transfer information from system-to-system accurately

- Located and attached appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

-Handling incoming mail and ensuring the correct recipient receives the correct mail

-Filing

Qualifications for this Office Assistant position include:

- High School Diploma

-Minimum 1-year prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

-Self-motivated

- Good customer service skill

-Excellent attendance record

- Polite phone manner

**Pay Details:** $13.58 per hour
