Randstad Pinellas is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant opportunity at a manufacturing company in Largo, FL. It is a fast paced environment with a professional team.
$17.00/Hour Shift: 8am-4:30pm
Candidates must have at least 2 years office assistant experience. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, ISO, FDA, GMP preferred.

Responsibilities
Duties / Responsibilities
+ Verify customer Purchase orders
+ Generate a router
+ Scan routers, certs
+ Print out router costouts
+ Key Entry
+ Communication with customers
+ Answer Phones
Requirements
+ strong organizational skills and time management
+ Effective communications skills both written and verbal for interface with clients and co-workers
+ Able to work in a team environment (Engineering, Purchasing, Estimating, production)
+ Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and drawings related to electromechanical assembly will train
+ Microsoft Office Software, and other company and discipline specific software applications
Experience
+ Experience in Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, ISO, FDA, GMP preferred
