Immediate Openings for Temporary Office Assistants!
We have new openings, work for a **Senator** or **member of the House** .
Exciting opportunity to work at the **State Capitol** in Topeka.
Training will start January 2 nd & 3rd, then January 9 th the assignment begins full time and will last until sometime in April or later depending on the results of the session.
Mon-Fri 8-5 - Pay is $17 per hour
Free Parking - 1 hour lunch!
Answer Phones, Basic Office Duties, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel - Manage calendar, setting up a simple excel spreadsheet, creating distribution lists and if you know how to mail merge it's a plus.
**Professional Environment, Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Professional attire, must be able to greet the public in a professional manner.**

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
