Immediate opening for an Office Assistant for this Danbury company. Pay rate $18 - $20hr..


Responsibilities for the Office Assistant include but are not limited to the following:


+ Handle incoming accounts receivable batch checks


+ Apply payments


+ Contact customers to inform about their service scheduled


+ General office duties


Office Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:


+ 2+ years exp in an office support position


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills


+ Must have fast and accurate data entry skills


+ Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize


Hours are 8am 5pm, Monday - Fridays


Pay rate $18 - $20 hr

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
