Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
