Job Description
$15 hourly
Responsibilities:- Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly
- Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
- Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
- Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Bilingual - Speaks fluent Spanish

We also have a passion for supporting our local youth and professional soccer teams as we understand the joy and important life lessons soccer brings to those involved in the sport. In 2020 we decided to expand our team so we could better serve our large community; today we are still growing while having a team of 10 passionate members who are dedicated to spreading this idea of elevating others. We hope to continue empowering the Richmond area with homeownership for many more years.
