Job Description
Concrete Construction company in far SW Houston (Richmond) seeking a fulltime Receptionist/Office Assistant. As a Receptionist/Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate supporting documentation for accounting. Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering the telephone with proper etiquette and directing the call to the correct department / person.
• Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered.
• Track forming inventory.
• Work with property managers on apartment leases.
• Enter truck log data into Excel spreadsheets
• Ordering company supplies.
• Filing
• Coordinating the mail and Fedex.
• Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Receptionist or Office Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

This is a full time M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm position. No overtime. On site only, no remote.
Dependable transportation is required.
