D G MEDINA CONSTRUCTION, LLC is currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first voice and face that our contractors and employees hear and see. Therefore, the candidate must be able to represent the company in a professional manner while being helpful, pleasant, and polite in their interactions with contractors and staff.

In addition to being able to provide excellent customer service, this candidate must be friendly, have a good work ethic and a positive attitude.

In this role you will:

· Answer multi-line phone, direct calls to the appropriate person and take messages accurately.

· Manages office tasks, communications, and assist upper management with key functions.

· Greet contractors, vendors, employees, and other professionals.

· Scheduling meetings, travel, appointments, and coordinating meetings.

· Maintain organized, clean lobby, and assist with a variety of clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and entering data on reports, etc.

· Organized Storage and Office Supply Room and snack room.

· Assist with updating and creating excel spreadsheets and during Bid process.

· Develop and implement organized filing systems.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bilingual in English/Spanish is a MUST.

· 1- 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment

· Polished, well-groomed appearance, positive and dependable

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Strong organization skills.

· Great computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, and with a typing speed of 45-50 wpm.

· Excellent customer service skills and friendly, professional demeanor.

· Comfortable with people at all levels in a culturally diverse environment.

· Proper phone and in-person etiquette, proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

· Weekends as needed.
