Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Office Assistant to join our team. Pay Range:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or take messages as needed.
- Manage the appointment calendar for staff, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and refreshments.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
