Pay Range:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules and meeting room reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
