Now hiring for HR/Office Assistant. Spherion of Massachusetts currently has HR/Office Assistant opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our HR/Office Assistant will be working a either day or night shift with limited required OT. The HR/Office Assistant will support our customers to support our HR department and office operations. - Temp to hire position in 90 days (meeting hiring criteria)
- Up to $19 per hour to start - depending on experience/ shift

Working hours: 6AM-6PM/ 12AM-6AM

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist with recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
Help with the onboarding process, including preparing employee documentation and facilitating orientation
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings and managing schedules
Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist in preparing HR reports and documents, including performance reviews and attendance records
Support office management by ensuring office supplies are stocked and maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Assist in payroll preparation and related administrative tasks as needed
Help coordinate employee events and activities to enhance office culture
Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager or office supervisor
