Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting the staff in the Transportation and Parking Services office to provide parking guidance through permit issuance, citation payment, and parking inquiries, issuing fleet rentals, and on-campus transportation inquiries. Main duties include welcoming and assisting faculty, staff, students, and visitors, answering telephone calls, corresponding to emails, and keeping the front desk clean and organized. Other duties of the Student Office Assistant include using available resources to direct guests, accurately and appropriately logging information, processing payments, and scanning, copying, and filing documents. Additional duties may be assigned as needed throughout the semester.

Minimum Qualifications
Prior office or customer service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs
Preferred Qualifications
Call Center experience
Database experience
