We are seeking an organized and proactive new Office Administrative Assistant. You will provide essential support to the office by managing client-related documents and handling various administrative duties. Your ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously while ensuring confidentiality and precision is vital. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents, including reports, presentations, and client communication.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth completion of tasks and projects.
  • Continuously review and refine office processes for improved operational efficiency.
  • Handle the preparation and distribution of client materials.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including physical mail and digital communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • An Associate's degree or 1-3 years of experience in a clerical, administrative, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with office software and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
