Office Administrative Assistant – Multi-tasking, Organized, and Tech-Savvy

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that help keep our sales office running smoothly. If you're a multi-tasker who enjoys organizing, tech-savvy, and has great communication skills, we want to hear from you! We will provide training and have an open-door policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update communication platforms (e.g., GroupMe).
• Assist with social media posting and engagement.
• Create, review, and manage reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Collect, track, and organize receipts and expense documentation.
• Oversee and organize office operations to ensure efficiency.
• Welcome and check in guests, and manage lobby operations with a professional attitude.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute summaries.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
• Experience in report generation and basic data tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous office administration experience is a plus.
