Seeking an Office Manager in the Saline MI area. This role is onsite. You will oversee the essential administrative operations for our home care division, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. This is a pivotal role where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our clients. Must have medical billing experience. Pay up to $26/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including intake, scheduling, and admissions coordination.
Oversee billing processes and assist with handling documentation requests (ADRs).
Ensure compliance with Medicare, CHAP, and other regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support smooth operations.
Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative or operational challenges promptly.
Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to support operational needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of Associate’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in home health care administration, intake, or admissions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office systems.
Knowledge of EHR systems like WellSky, PCC, or Kinnser is strongly preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
