Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $25-30/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8am- 5pm
Location: Troutdale, Oregon - In office
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator with expertise in payroll, benefits administration for our company in Troutdale, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and serving as a key resource for employees. In this role, you will:
Provide guidance to employees on benefits options and assist with questions.
Submit monthly financial statements to the accountant.
Manage and pay vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Serve as a resource for HR-related questions, ensuring employee satisfaction.
To be a fit, you must have:
Minimum 2 years of experience processing payroll and Office Administration
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
