As the Assistant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Oversee general office operations to maintain a well-organized and productive environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications and company announcements.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in organizing team-building events, training sessions, and office celebrations.
- Process and track invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and record-keeping.
- Monitor office budget and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
