Office Administrative Assistant
The Dahill Group is pleased to be assisting our client, an independent, privately owned and highly entrepreneurial oil and gas investment company, seeking a motivated and customer focused Office Administrative Assistant to provide support to their executives and manage the daily operational activities of the office.They have built global success through innovation, creativity, and diversity.For over thirty years, our client, with their affiliates and subsidiaries, has engaged in exploration, investment, and development activities primarily in North America and Europe.This position is in our clients Denver Office.Hybrid work schedule:3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration
Answer phones (screen and transfer calls), greet guests at reception desk
Order office supplies
Assist with business travel arrangements
Event planning (happy hours, holiday party, board meetings, etc.)
Manage catering for various company events
Receive, record, and distribute incoming deliveries and packages
Maintain common office areas including the kitchen
Coordinate with student interns
Help develop an internship program
Prepare outgoing deliveries/courier service
Scanning, faxing, filing, data entry for all departments
Mail distribution
Assist with maintaining company equipment
Assist Human Resources as needed
Assist with special projects across all departments
Assist with the annual workers comp, business travel, and liability insurance renewals
Legal support including preparation of official documents and various records management
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years administrative/office experience
- Must be detail oriented, a critical thinker, resourceful and take initiative
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (outlook, excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to execute in high growth, fast-changing environment
- Self-motivated and effective time management skills
- Maintains and demonstrates a positive attitude, confidentiality and exercises good judgment
- Passionate and excited to work in a lean, agile environment
Compensation:
$30 per hour - $43 per hour depending on experience
Hybrid work schedule:3 days in office, 2 days remote
