Job Title: Office Assistant

Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Contract: 6+ months
Part-time:
- 3 days a week, 24 hours total
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8-5
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will manage front office tasks, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and support various administrative functions, playing a key role in office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment
- Regularly restock essential office supplies to support team needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a positive atmosphere
- Welcome and assist visitors, providing a friendly point of contact as needed
- Address phone inquiries in a professional manner when required
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance office efficiency
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records
- Organize and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
- Plan and coordinate office lunches, fostering team collaboration and enjoyment
- Organize and execute engaging cultural events, such as team-building activities and happy hours, to strengthen workplace relationships and enhance company culture
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall operations of the office and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Preferred experience in office administration or reception
- Proficient in Google Suite
