We are seeking part-time, Student Assistant - Office Assistant to work at the School of Science and Math department providing office support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Organizing and perform general office functions
- Welcoming and directing students and visitors to faculty and campus services offices
- Answering the phone and directing or transferring callers to the correct individual or office
- Sorting mail
- Inventorying office supplies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
- Ability to demonstrate a welcoming and smiling demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
