Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Office Clerk to support operations across multiple locations in Connecticut, including New Haven, Hartford, Waterbury, and Stamford.
The role involves clerical tasks, physical activities, and occasional travel between sites.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition to permanent employment with additional benefits after an initial trial period.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including printing assignments, shipping/receiving services, and clerical support.
- Assist with tasks that may require standing for extended periods and walking between buildings at certain locations.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required for site operations.
- Adhere to a business casual dress code appropriate for professional environments such as financial organizations and law firms.
- Travel between assigned locations and occasionally to alternate sites during the workday, as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Reside within proximity to the Milford-West Haven, CT area, with the ability to commute to various sites.
- Fully vaccinated in accordance with current CDC guidelines; yearly flu vaccination required.
- Physical capability to perform lifting, standing, and walking as part of the role.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a professional office or clerical environment.
- Familiarity with multi-location operations and flexibility to adapt to different work settings.
