Position Summary

The Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC) seeks a detail oriented, self-motivated Office Assistant to perform reception, clerical and administrative duties, data entry, as well as special projects. This position requires a reliable, organized individual who demonstrates strong initiative, attention to detail and possesses excellent time-management and communication skills. The student will need to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. The CTSC is open during business hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Qualifications:
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
•Ability to organize and maintain a professional work area
•Customer service oriented with phone, people, and front desk skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent data entry skills
•Proactive and action oriented
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Data Entry
•Punctual and reliable
•Someone who is detail-minded.
Some light lifting (up to 25lbs) and light cleaning
•Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
