We're searching for an energetic person with excellent communication and customer service skills to be our next restaurant manager. You'll be in charge of running the shift, which will entail greeting and serving clients and supervising the crew and restaurant operations. As a manager, you'll be responsible for scheduling employees, delegating work to restaurant employees, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety rules are followed.

Responsibilities
•Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
•Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
•Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
•Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
•Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
Qualifications
•Prior food service and bar experience are required, as well as the ability to perform different restaurant employee roles
•Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
•Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
•Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
•Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew
•This position requires previous experience managing a staff or relevant role
