Gregorys Coffee Roastery Production Assistant
Our Roastery is the heart and soul of Gregorys, therefore, we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who share our passion for specialty coffee.
You will:
Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team
Package Gregorys Coffee to our high standards
Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the facility
Complete all delegated tasks which consist of packing, labeling, cleaning, and more
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change

Employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching, kneeling, and climbing (stairs to storage areas).
Employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (Coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.)
