- Assist the Production Manager in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Supervise and support production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with purchasing to maintain stock levels.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Facilitate on-the-job training for team members, promoting skill development and cross-functional knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

- strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production software is a plus.
