What You’ll Do:
- Master the Process: Accurately handle and process both physical and digital records, ensuring smooth workflow and attention to detail. This includes downloading/uploading medical records, study films, and handling x-rays from various sources such as doctor offices and film libraries.
- Software and Technology: Navigate through different types of software to manage records, burn CDs, and manage film libraries.
- Shipping and Documentation: Use UPS to ship documents and track shipments using tracking numbers.
- Quality Control Expert: Review and prepare documents for delivery, ensuring all records meet our high standards before reaching the client.
- Problem-Solver: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns swiftly and efficiently.
- Stay Organized: Maintain daily reports on completed work, and provide clear explanations for any backlog or delays.

- Shipping and Tracking Knowledge: Experience with UPS or other shipping systems is a plus.
