Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Theater Production, General Theater, or related field. Five years production management, event management and theater maintenance of a performing arts facility or theater is required.

Responsibilities:
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for leadership in providing event planning, event production, and facility management. The incumbent will be tasked with scheduling and supervising all backstage activity and is responsible for delegating all technical tasks to include organizing, planning, and executing all aspects of each event. This position entails ensuring events are operating efficiently, managing events by making decisions regarding technical emergencies, theater emergencies, safety, and financial interests of the client (internally or externally) and/or financial interests of the Joseph Caleb Auditorium. The incumbent will be responsible for overriding, accepting, or rejecting production staging techniques described by executive management, presenters, representatives, local organizations, or guest artists. In addition, this position entails advancing performances as assigned, i.e., identifying technical needs, creating crew schedule, executing logistical details, enforcement of lease agreement requirements and facility maintenance and repair work.
