• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team, ensuring that all personnel follow established processes and procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to production staff, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and working efficiently.
• Allocate and assign tasks to production workers, ensuring proper coverage across shifts and functions.
• Ensure that daily production schedules are followed and production targets are met.
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ensure that production processes are compliant with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and submit regular production reports to upper management regarding progress, issues, and KPIs.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster a positive working environment focused on teamwork, safety, and efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist with employee development through training and mentoring.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
