Spherion is currently hiring for production workers for a first and second shift positions for a manufacturer in Temple to be part of ensuring smooth and continuous operation of their manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain a steady workflow.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Assemble, package, or prepare finished goods for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
Assist in inventory management by tracking and labeling materials.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with operating production equipment or machinery.
Knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial setting.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
