We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our clients team in Texas City, TX. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing production staff, optimizing workflow, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets for quality, safety, and efficiency are met.
Lead and supervise a team of production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Implement and manage production schedules, balancing labor and material resources to meet deadlines.
Monitor production metrics and use data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently.
Maintain quality standards by conducting inspections and troubleshooting any production issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless production operations.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize the use of resources.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in a production management or supervisory role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production management software.
