Spherion is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for a Food Manufacturing Company in Eustis, FL.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, organization, and production of high-quality product within the department
Staff, select, train, and motivate production leads and operator
Supervise and direct the activities and responsibilities of the production departments
Work collaboratively with others to proactively resolving production issues
Ensure all required documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and on-time according to Company
procedures
Provide and ensure training to department leads and operators concerning GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, internal controls, and
best practices
Ensure Company standards of excellence within a team-based, hands-on, and high-performing work environment with
clearly defined responsibilities and expectations
Develop, justify, and implement production and quality-improvement initiatives to ensure increased efficiency,
effectiveness, and yield.

Working hours: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Four (4) year B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering required
Demonstrated planning, organization, and leadership skills
Working knowledge, skills, and ability to understand and maintain compliance to all FDA, HACCP, GMP's, and quality
control systems
Ownership of your personal safety and those around you by following all FFP safety protocols
Relevant knowledge of equipment, process and production capabilities with the skills and ability to institute
improvements in efficiency, throughput, and quality
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, and power point
Experience using ERP / MES / MRP / Shop Manufacturing Systems a plus
