We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our pipeline project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site, and meeting project timelines and goals. The Production Supervisor will work closely with managers, engineers, and other supervisors to maintain the highest quality of work, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement in pipeline operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day pipeline production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Oversee the performance and work schedules of production crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of pipeline construction sites to ensure work is being performed to specification and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement work plans, ensuring materials, equipment, and labor are properly allocated.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity targets.
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating problems to senior management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of daily production activities, equipment usage, and personnel.
Perform routine audits and prepare reports on production progress, material consumption, and equipment maintenance.
Promote and enforce a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
A valid safety certification or training (e.g., OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR) is preferred.
