We are seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor role on the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) or 3rd shifts (11pm-7am). Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with food safety and company policies. What you’ll do as a Production Supervisor:

• Ensure top-quality production while minimizing costs and adhering to good manufacturing practices.
• Cooperate with all departments regarding updates and hand-offs between shifts
• Responsible for product usage
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records (i.e. timecards, downtime records, absentee records, etc.)
• Enforce company policies in a fair and consistent manner
• Encourage suggestions from employees that will improve production
• Conduct regular communication and lead monthly department meetings.

What you need to be a Production Supervisor:

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in the food industry
• Experience managing a diverse, multicultural department.
• Skilled in delivering clear and effective communication to groups, customers, vendors, and employees
• Proficient in math operations, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
• Ability to speak and read in English
