Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician I to join our clients manufacturing team in Federal Way, WA. This role is responsible for operating production equipment to ensure timely, quality-conscious, and cost-efficient production. As part of their team, you will contribute to achieving customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding production goals.

Key Responsibilities

·Operate production machinery and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process in accordance with written specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

·Produce parts that meet established specifications and tolerances.

·Measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with functional, quality, and cosmetic requirements.

·Record performance and output data.

·Inspect equipment prior to use, ensuring proper setup and alignment, and perform basic adjustments as needed.

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

·Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent required.

·1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

·Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

·Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team setting.

·Mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·Quality-conscious with excellent organizational skills.

·Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment.
