We are in search of a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in HARVEY, Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with the processing of customer applications, managing accurate customer records, and efficiently handling customer inquiries. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts and perform necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain precise customer credit records
• Communicate effectively and resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when needed
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and report generation
• Assist in shipping processes as required
• Operate softphones for customer communication and support
• Leverage your knowledge in the manufacturing industry to provide excellent customer service
• Utilize JDE EnterpriseOne software for various tasks.• Proven experience in the Customer Service field, preferably within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables
• Understanding of Manufacturing processes and systems to effectively address customer queries
• Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne software to manage customer data and orders
• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills to ensure all customer information is updated and maintained
• Familiarity with Shipping procedures, including order tracking and issue resolution
• Experience using Softphones for inbound and outbound customer calls
