Job Description
We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative role in Sacramento, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary liaison for our clients and suppliers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and representing our values professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of communication for your allocated client base.
• Manage all aspects of logistics coordination with suppliers.
• Partner with freight forwarders to organize transport and guarantee punctual delivery.
• Execute contracts in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Track shipments and provide frequent updates to internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Prepare and distribute documents to clients in line with shipment terms.
• Take on the responsibilities of other Customer Service Representatives when necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Process order entries and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.• Prior experience in a call center customer service role.
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Ability to schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
