Responsibilities:
• Ensure outstanding customer service in a face-to-face showroom setting.
• Effectively handle and process phone orders.
• Manage high-volume email and fax communication efficiently.
• Work cross-functionally and provide support to the sales team.
• Contribute to training initiatives on outdated CRM systems.
• Represent the company at periodic tradeshows.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain customer records and process orders.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and schedule appointments as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain the showroom in an orderly state.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a timely and effective manner.
• Demonstrated skills in providing excellent call center customer service.
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality customer service across various channels.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Experience in handling email correspondence professionally.
• Capable of managing both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and procedures.
• Able to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Experience in managing and maintaining a showroom.
