We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Customer Service Specialist based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be primarily focused on maintaining our customer relationship management system, assisting our sales team, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage and update our customer database
• Provide support to our sales team to enhance efficiency and drive new sales
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner
• Work closely with the data analyst to ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system
• Regularly perform data checks in the CRM system and correct any errors found
• Use your Excel skills for data formatting and sorting
• Coordinate with office managers to obtain updated information for the system
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks.• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create and edit presentations.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for drafting correspondence, creating reports, and other written tasks.
• Proven ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
