Job Description
Robert Half's medical supply client in Weymouth is adding a Customer Service Representative to their team. You will be responsible for answering calls and educating clients on specific products they are inquiring about. You will handle order entry, order fulfillment, email correspondence, processing returns, and all other customer service functions. You will have to be able to multitask phone calls as well as handle off-phone work such as administrative duties. You will also be collaborating with team members and other departments to complete daily tasks. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable and growing organization. Start date: January 6th
Location: Weymouth, on site
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: 21-24 hourly based on experience
Temp to Perm
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Enter phone, email and wholesale orders into ERP system in a timely manner
- Works closely with other departments to address shipping/inventory/product/technical issues
- Find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
- Provide resolutions and de-escalate customer complaints
- Guide customers through trouble shooting/navigating the website
- Up-sell/Cross-sell products and courses
- Collaborate with team members and provide support to complete daily tasks
- Works closely with the CS leads to be sure all practices and sales cultures are being followed
- Resolve open orders passed their shipping window, invoice errors, billing issues, or potential credits
- Assist A/R with researching accounts, mailing invoices and collecting payments
- Process returns and exchanges for customers
- Provide shipping, billing, inventory and product updates for specified accounts
- Assist in training new hires
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
