Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.
• Manage the entry and tracking of customer orders.
• Collaborate with the pricing department to finalize pricing details.
• Handle invoicing and total calculations.
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
• Submit funding packages as required.
• Use ERP and CRM systems to manage customer-related data.
• Answer inbound calls from customers and resolve their inquiries.
• Perform various billing functions and claim administration.
• Utilize software tools like SAP, Excel, Epic Software, and About Time.
• Proficient in the use of various Computer Programs related to customer service and data management• Experienced in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for tracking customer interactions
• Skilled in Data Processing, with the ability to efficiently manage and organize large amounts of information
• Knowledgeable in Epic Software use for healthcare and customer service applications
• Familiar with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for managing business processes
• Adept in the use of About Time for efficient time tracking and management
• Experienced in Answering Inbound Calls and providing excellent customer service over the phone
• Understands Benefit Functions and can efficiently manage customer queries related to benefits
• Proficient in handling Billing Functions, with the ability to accurately process customer payments and resolve billing issues
• Experienced in Claim Administration, with the ability to manage and process customer claims effectively
