We are seeking an Outbound Calling Customer Service Representative for a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. The role involves handling customer service duties over the phone, scheduling chart retrievals, and maintaining efficient communication with providers.


Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to confirm provider availability and schedule chart retrieval

• Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure accurate tracking and updating of customer records and provider information

• Manage the scheduling of chart retrieval, coordinating with the correct office

• Utilize Salesforce for administrative tasks and data entry

• Follow-up on leads and additional phone numbers for comprehensive service

• Maintain a consistent communication flow with onsite technicians for smooth operations

• Uphold the attendance policy and meet set goals and expectations

• Engage in research as needed to support customer service functions

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is required
• Previous experience as an Outbound Calling Customer Service Representative is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively
• Proficiency in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
• Ability to manage email correspondence, responding in a detail oriented and timely manner
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls, with the ability to switch between tasks seamlessly
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with other departments as necessary
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, with the ability to navigate, update, and manage customer records.
