Office Manager – Customer Service Department
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Adecco is helping a local client in their search for an Office Manager to lead their Customer Service Department. This role involves overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives while ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer interactions, and efficient team performance.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Department to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and maintain metrics of team performance, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Utilize managerial expertise to guide and develop team members, addressing performance and training needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and streamline workflows.
- Leverage sales background to identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain department records accurately and efficiently.
- Paralegal background is highly desirable but not required.
- Proven managerial experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Sales experience, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in analyzing and managing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
