Office Manager – Customer Service Department
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Adecco is helping a local client in their search for an Office Manager to lead their Customer Service Department . This role involves overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives while ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer interactions, and efficient team performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Department to maintain high service standards.

Monitor and maintain metrics of team performance, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Utilize managerial expertise to guide and develop team members, addressing performance and training needs.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and streamline workflows.

Leverage sales background to identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Handle administrative tasks and maintain department records accurately and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Paralegal background is highly desirable but not required.

Proven managerial experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Sales experience, particularly in customer-facing roles.

Proficiency in analyzing and managing performance metrics.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
