Recruiting Coordinator
New Providence, NJ
3+ Month Contract.
Pay: 30/hr, W 2
Hybrid Model - Onsite 3 days at our New Providence, NJ office and 2 days remotely from home.
Ideally, this is what the HM is looking for: •ATS experience - Success Factors (required) •Enboarder - Onboarding Tool for new hires. (required) •Strong calendar management skills, ability to coordinate meetings/candidate interviews for internals across all U.S. time zones (EST/CST/MST/PST) and international time zones. (required) •Recruiting experience, this individual will assist with recruiting for lower-level positions with Engineering and Manufacturing
Responsibilities include:
•Sourcing for top talent candidates and presenting a slate of quality candidates to the hiring managers for their position(s).
•Providing weekly updates/challenges to hiring managers on their open position(s).
•Work with the hiring team and candidates to secure interview availability for North America that include domestic and international time zones.
•Utilizing MS Outlook and MS Teams to schedule video interviews with candidates.
•Scheduling and confirming interviews for both the hiring managers and candidates.
•Collecting candidate evaluation forms from hiring managers after all interviews.
•Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. (Taleo / Success Factors)
•Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance recruitment processes.
•Taking on other recruiting projects/assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role is required.
•Experience with sourcing for top talent using Indeed and LinkedIn.
•Ability to schedule complex interviews (that include domestic and international time zones) for both the candidate and hiring managers is required.
•Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to interact with people at all levels and build high-quality relationships.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, manage the candidate/hiring manager interview process, and assist with additional recruiting activities.
