Client Overview:
Our client is a specialized financial services firm dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of financial planning and investment management services to individuals, families, and organizations. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's Human Resources team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $32/hr
Position Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as candidates' primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries.
  • Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is properly documented.
  • Pre-Employment Checks: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings as required.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Previous experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
