Salary: $36,000 / year

  • Screen candidates based on availability, interest level, basic qualifications, and salary range.
  • Assist candidates in completing the application process efficiently, providing guidance and encouragement to move quickly.
  • Review applicants and help present top-quality candidates who best match client needs.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates via email and text using provided online tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to support overall recruitment goals and assist with any client communication when needed.
Required Skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology (experience with online tools and communication platforms a plus, but training is provided!).
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail—keeping track of multiple tasks will be key.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some kind of prior experience in recruiting is preferred, but a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed will set you apart.
